    Caleb Blair

    Founder & Partner

    Caleb lives in Grand Junction with his wife Lila. Caleb manages the operations of God’s Country Development. Caleb started God’s Country to work with real estate investors to build cashflowing, equity creating properties. Since recognizing the need for ADUs, Multigenerational housing, and in home offices, Caleb has focused their efforts on providing high quality ADUs to real estate investors, the public, and NPO/NGOs. Caleb is interested in utilizing design to decrease construction cost while increasing tenant livability and experience. Caleb holds an ICC General Contracting License and currently completing coursework for LEED Certification and Master Builder certification.

    Brian Dere

    Partner

    Brian Dere is a crucial part for the God’s Country team and a Grand Valley native. He grew up farming, fighting, hunting, riding horses, and operating his family’s carpet cleaning business. His Dad instilled in him integrity in business and an unbeatable work ethic. When there are problems, they stop with Brian. He grew up building houses, fixing barns, running plumbing, and learning trades. He joins us following a highly successful 20 years in Construction and Oil/Gas Risk Mitigation and Insurance. During this time, Brian built and operated a large real estate investment business with his family.
    Brian has a passion for design, architecture, and a keen eye for living details in planning. The houses he has built are unique in their innovative approach to modern country living, material uses, and timeless design elements. His keen eye for detail and commitment to craftsmanship are evident in every project, making him a trusted leader in the God’s Country team.

    Allan Ross

    Operation Manager

    Allan is a detail-oriented, competent professional who organizes all projects, labor forces, and vendors to ensure smooth delivery of the project goals. Originally from South Africa, Allan sought the Grand Valley for the outdoor lifestyle and incredible scenery.
